Is the design really free?
Yep, 100%. Every team gets its design made for free. No card, no catch. Teams of 10 or more also get one free sample shirt, shipped to you.
Who gets a free sample shirt?
Teams of 10 or more people: we mail you one free sample to try before your team orders. Under 10, the design is still free and comes by email. 50 or more? Ask for our special group price at support@vincustom.com or on Facebook.
Do I have to buy after the design?
Nope. If it isn't right, tell us what to change or simply walk away. Zero obligation.
How soon will I hear back?
Our customer support team emails your design . Don't see it? Check your spam or junk folder too.
Which days do you reply by email?
We reply by email Monday to Saturday. Send a request on Sunday, or on a Saturday we can't get to that day, and we reply on Monday. You can message us on Facebook anytime.
Can you print my own design?
Absolutely. Upload it in the Design Studio (PNG, JPG or WebP), attach it in the chat, or send it to us on Facebook.
